Ab heute dürfen die 1,3 Mio Optionen verkauft werden und somit dürfte Einiges auf den Markt kommen. Die nächsten Tage kann man versuchen günstig welche abzugreifen, falls es so eintrifft. Produktion sollte im August starten.

Ja. Bitte lies dich ein

13,063,449 Units are subject to a hold period expiring July 12,
2016; 2,639,302 Units are subject to a hold period expiring August 16, 2016;
989,629 Units are subject to a hold period expiring August 30, 2016;
430,000 Units are subject to a hold period expiring September 7, 2016.

Heute werden also 13MIO Stücke frei. Diese Stücke hatten bis heute eine Haltefrist und stammen aus dem alten Unternehmen namens Otterburn
Hier gab es einen Re-Splitt, aus 3St. Otterburn Aktien wurden 1St. K92 Mining.

Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit werden viele Stücke davon heute und morgen verkauft. So zumindest die Theorie.

Hier warten aber sehr viele Marktteilnehmer um günstig an Stücke zu kommen, geht meine Vermutung nicht und die Verkäufe bleiben aus, werden die anderen Marktteilnehmer zugreifen.

K92 Mining hat im Moment eine Marktkapital. von 55,35 Mio. CAD bezogen auf den gestriegen Schlusskurs.

Und das für einen Juniorproduzenten mit komplett finanzierter Produktionsanlage und allen Genehmigungen, die seit diesem Monat produzieren.

K92 Mining arranges $5-million private placement

K92 MINING INC. ARRANGES $5,000,000 FINANCING

K92 Mining Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $5-million through the issuance of up to five million units of the company at a price of $1 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will allow the holder to purchase one common share of K92 at a price of $1.50 for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance, subject to the acceleration right described as follows. Proceeds of the financing are intended to be used for general corporate purposes and to give the company enhanced optionality when completing the underground incline drive from Irumafimpa to Kora, with drill testing along the way.

The restart of operations at Irumafimpa is on schedule and on budget. The crusher and mill feed system is now fully commissioned, and the mill and the float plant are in the final phase of load commissioning.

In addition to targeting the near-term restart of operations at Irumafimpa, the company has also commenced the planning of the underground drive from Irumafimpa to Kora. This drive will allow the previously undrilled areas between the Irumafimpa and Kora orebodies to be drill tested for potential expansion of the existing resource, as well as to upgrade the known deposit at Kora.

The company is also pleased to report that it has engaged Australian Mine Design and Development Pty. Ltd. of Brisbane, Australia, to complete a scoping study for the development of the Kora deposit.

K92 may engage certain finders to assist in locating investors for the financing and intends to pay each finder a fee equal to 7 per cent of the gross proceeds received from investors identified by the finder, payable in cash and/or offered shares, and issue warrants to purchase offered shares equal to 7 per cent of the total number of offered shares purchased by investors identified by the finder. The finder warrants will be on the same terms and conditions as all other warrants issued under the financing, including the acceleration right described as follows.

The financing is intended to be completed during July, 2016, and is subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued as part of the financing will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date of the financing.

If the common shares of the company trade on the TSX-V at a price of $2 or greater for any period of at least 10 consecutive trading days, then the company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to the 30th day following the date on which the company provides notice to the holder of such acceleration in accordance with the terms of the warrants. Any warrants not exercised on or before such 30th day will expire and will no longer be exercisable.

Laut aktueller Präsentation ( Seite 18 ) soll das erste Konzentrat im August 29016 produziert werden. Bin mal gespannt ob das so durchgeht oder ob es hier verzögerungen geben wird. Bisher meine ich verstanden zu haben das alles im Plan ist.

Ich hab mir stumpf mal eine Position gesichert. Wenn ich das alles richtig verstanden habe, dann hat sich KNT sowohl eine Mine als auch eine zugehörige Produktionsanlage zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis gesichert.
