Bei PPC (1. zertifiziertes Smart Meter) ist die börsennotierte OpenLimit aus der Schweiz der Software-Partner.

Alle Verbraucher mit mehr als 10.000 kWh/J sollen aber gemäß Gesetz in den nächsten Jahren auf Smart Meter Zähler umgestellt werden.

Key highlights include:

• Order intake increased 34.0% in constant currency to USD 2,079.0 million with Committed Backlog up 9.0%* to USD 2,603.1 million

• Net Revenues reached USD 1,765.2 million, increasing 3.1% in constant currency

• Adjusted EBITDA was USD 237.9 million, higher by 14.3%, a margin of 13.5%

• Both EMEA and Asia Pacific regions delivered full year positive Adjusted EBITDA compared to the negative results posted in FY 2017

• Reported Net Income was USD 122.2 million, including a non-cash gain of USD 14.6 million related to the sale of intelliHUB in Australia. EPS of USD 4.15

• Free Cash Flow (excluding M&A) was USD 123.5 million

• Proposed distribution of a dividend from capital reserves of CHF 3.15 per share

• Order intake increased 10.3% in constant currency year over year, reaching USD 910.0 million in H1 FY 2018 with committed backlog in EMEA increasing by 9.6% in constant currency to USD 760.2 million

• As supply chain constraints continued, net revenue decreased 1.9% in constant currency to USD 852.9 million compared to the first half of FY 2017

• Adjusted EBITDA was USD 106.8 million compared to USD 106.5 million* in the first half of FY 2017

• Reported EBITDA was USD 114.9 million compared to USD 40.8 million* in the first half of FY 2017

• EMEA Adjusted EBITDA essentially breakeven as Adjusted Gross Profit margins increased by 290 basis points

• Reported net income was USD 59.2 million including a non-cash gain of USD 15.5 million related to the sale of intelliHUB in Australia. EPS of USD 2.01
