Dr. Axel Schroeder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MPC Capital AG: "Ulf Holländer has had a decisive influence on our company and as CEO since 2015 has played a key role in the successful repositioning of the company. Ulf Holländer will join the Supervisory Board with the approval of the Annual General Meeting on 13 June 2024.
