Release of a Voting Rights announcement, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.

At the 21st of December 2007 the euromicron AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
has received the voting rights announcements according to sec 21 para. 1
WpHG with the following contences:

1.
For and on behalf of the Notifying Party Wyser-Pratte Eurovalue Fund Ltd.,
George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, BWI, by virtue of
power-of-attorney we hereby give notice pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG
that the Notifying Party has exceeded the threshold of 3 percent of the
voting rights in euromicron AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on the 21st of
December 2007 (based on transfer of ownership). The Notifying Party now
holds 4,48 percent of the voting rights (209,000 votes).

For and on behalf of the Notifying Party Wyser-Pratte Management Co., Inc.,
New York, United States of America, by virtue of power-of-attorney we
hereby give notice pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that the Notifying Party
has exceeded the threshold of 3 and 5 percent of the voting rights in
euromicron AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany on the 21st of December 2007
(based on transfer of ownership). The Notifying Party now has 5,36 percent
of the voting rights (250,000 votes). These voting rights are attributed to
the Notifying Party pursuant tu sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpGH. The
attributed voting rights are partially held by the following shareholder,
which holds 3 per cent or more of the voting rights:
- WYSER-PRATTE EUROVALUE FUND LTD., George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands, BWI.

For and on behalf on the Notifying Party by virtue of power-of-attorney
Guy P. Wyser-Pratte, New York, United States of America, hereby give notice
pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that the Notifying Party has exceeded the
thresholds of 3 and 5 percent of the voting rights in euromicron AG,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on the 21st of December 2007 (based on transfer
of ownereship). The Notifying Party now has 5,36 percent of the voting
rights (250,000 votes). These voting rights are attributed to the Notifying
Party pursuant to sec 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6, sentence 2 WpHG.
The attributed voting rights are partially held by the following
shareholder, which holds 3 per cent or more of the voting rights:

Hausmannskost, bist du eigentlich schizophren? Einerseits ist laut eigener Aussage Charttechnik so absurd wie Astrologie und andererseits stellst du ständig Charts zu Aktien ein, die du weder technisch noch fundamental beurteilen kannst? Du müsstest deiner Lehre nach ausschließlich die Bilanzen studieren, aber dafür bist du dann wohl doch wieder selbst zu faul!
