Trading
The Company reports there is no material information responsible for the large block of selling last week. Origen continues its outreach to current and prospective investors, and notes its recently announced normal-course issuer bid.
“It was an unfortunate trading anomaly that resulted in a significant devaluation of our shares. I can assure shareholders that our assets remain intact and as valuable today as they were two weeks ago when our share price was trading at over $0.20. Management is committed to rebuilding shareholder value over the coming weeks,” states Gary Schellenberg, CEO.
Los Sapitos Lithium Project, Argentina
Origen is currently receiving and modelling data from the recent geophysical program at Los Sapitos, and waiting for a second batch of sampling results focused on the clay-prospective areas of Los Sapitos. The Company is also waiting on sampling results from the proposed Los Toritos acquisition, to the south and west of the main Los Sapitos claims, which now cover a total of 344 square kilometres over several prospective basins in northern San Juan Province. Origen continues to work closely with Gabriel Pindar, one of the Company’s Technical Advisory Board members, to advance this project.
Newfoundland Lithium Project, Canada
Origen continues to assemble historical data on the Newfoundland Lithium Project, which covers 33,000 hectares along a lithium prospective corridor that stretches the province. This corridor is related to the same geological event that created spodumene bearing pegmatites from Ireland to North Carolina.
LGM/Wishbone, Golden Triangle, Canada
The Company has just completed a site visit and sampling program at Wishbone, identifying newly-exposed areas hosting massive sulphides. Origen continues to solicit offers to purchase this group of copper and gold targets in the middle of the Golden Triangle in northwestern BC.

Origen Resources Inc. Announces Normal Course Issuer BidVancouver, BC, August 8, 2023, . Origen Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “Origen”) (CSE:ORGN; FSE:4VXA) is pleased to announce that it intends to execute a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Under the NCIB, the Company intends to acquire up to 2.22 million common shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 5 per cent of its issued and outstanding common shares. No more than 2 per cent of the outstanding shares may be purchased in any 30-day period. As of August 8, 2023, the Company had 44,452,654 common shares issued and outstanding. The normal course issuer bid will commence on August 15, 2023, and end no later than August 15, 2024. The Company may terminate the NCIB earlier if it feels it is appropriate to do so.
The Company is commencing the NCIB because it believes that the current market price of its common shares may not fully reflect the underlying value of the Company's business and future prospects. PI Financial Corp. has been appointed to conduct the NCIB and the purchase and payment of the shares will be made in accordance with all requirements of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities laws. All prices paid for the shares will be the market price at the time of purchase. All shares purchased will be canceled.

Mein pollinger Verlust von transcanna hab ich schon lange überwunden. Mit meinem gebashe hoffe ich mindestend 1 bis 2 Stille Börsen Neulinge zu erreichen das sie sich die Bewertungen von Bullvestor/Inult anschauen.... die nicht grade gut ist, die Bewertungen sind genauso niedrig wie der wert der Firmen die er bewirbt.... ich hab hier kein schlechtes gewissen fürs bashen... aber ihr saftladen fetischisten die andere Anleger mit guter Stimmung zum Kauf bewegen habt auch den menschlichen Stellenwert einer Polli Aktie (Jämmerlich niedrig).

Gut, das nehme ich dann zur Kenntnis, ich bedanke mich für den dann folgenden Kursverdoppler und habe einen fünfstelligen Gewinn auf der Habenseite. Die zweite Variante ist die, Pollinger macht keine Werbung mehr, die Aktie fängt in 2024 an gut zu laufen und es werden in der Folge mehr als 100 %.
Wie auch immer. Hier liegt eine abgefederte Gewinnchance vor und Du kommst hier ins Board, hast keine Ahnung von der Aktie bzw. der sich bietenden Chance und willst mich warnen ???

Und das Blöde für Dich ist außerdem, dass WO dankenswerter Weise unter jedes Posting den aktuellen Kurs mit anzeigt. Und Du hast nicht zugegriffen, als Du zu 0,112 € konntest. Du kannst ja jetzt eigentlich nur beten, dass Pollinger hier NICHT wieder auftaucht.
Wenn Du nicht einmal in der Lage bist, solche Chancen wahrzunehmen, um Deine üppigen Pollinger-Verluste wieder auszugleichen, Dann ist Dir echt nicht mehr zu helfen.
Dann würde ich zu Schwachkopf tendieren (ist nicht persönlich gemeint).

Origen Finds Lithium-Rich Clays at Los SapitosVancouver, BC, July 24 , 2023. Origen Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “Origen”) (CSE:ORGN; FSE:4VXA) is pleased to announce an update to its ongoing exploration on its 100% owned Los Sapitos Property in the San Juan Province of Argentina.
Highlights:
· Sampling confirms lithium prospectivity
· District-sized land position covering entire salar and potential basin extensions
· Geophysics to begin shortly to identify drilling targets
Preliminary results from the ongoing sampling at Los Sapitos are encouraging.A series of silt samples collected from the Los Sapitos salar were treated with both an acid and a purified water wash. The results show that significant lithium is found both in clays and in evaporite mineralization on the eastern margin of the basin with results of up to 824 mg/L found in the most eastern samples collected to date.

These results are evidence that lithium extends over the entire basin fed from a single aquifer at depth. The basin is elevated at this location and sampling teams were unable to get to the water table.
Brine samples collected from the western part of the basin returned the most anomalous results from a small depression in the west of the salar. Close to those found during previous sampling programs. The amount of lithium in the brine at this location may be a function of sampling teams being able to tap deeper into the water table.
Basin morphology is now thought to be governed by a regional thrust faulting that runs through the property forming a significant depression and catchment for lithium bearing fluids.

Sampling to the south west returned both clay and brines returned lithium, further evidence that a separate basin exists at lower elevations in the Los Sapitos area.
Methodology
Sampling was conducted by staff experienced in lithium salar exploration and followed industry recognized best practices for early-stage exploration of this type of target. Samples were secured onsite and transported to the lab by Origen personnel.
Analysis of brine samples was conducted by Alex Stewart International Argentina S.A. (Alex Stewart), an internationally recognized laboratory with substantial experience in geochemical analysis. Lithium analysis was conducted using a 32 element ICP – OES package (Alex Stewart lab code LMMT01). Alex Stewart is independent of the Company.
Sediment samples were analysed by the Instituto de Investigaciones Mineras at the Universidad Nacional de San Juan. Sediment samples were subjected to a weak extraction with hot water which was then analysed by ICP-OES for Li, Na, K, Ca, Mg and B to determine the proportion of these elements that was easily extractable. The residual sediment was then leached by strong acid and analysed by ICP-OES for Li, Na, K, Ca, Mg and B to determine the proportion of these elements more strongly bound to minerals or part of the crystal structure of the minerals.
Origen’s Lithium Experience
The Origen team has been exploring for Lithium since 2002, making major discoveries of both spodumene, and lithium in brines. The recent market-driven phase of lithium discoveries have represented those with the highest grades and most obvious surface expressions. As the lithium technology matures and the demand for lithium grows, exploration will be driven to those places where lithium has not been historically seen. Origen has been applying the experience gained through discovery to create advanced exploration models with the aim of making original green-fields discoveries.
Origen began exploration for lithium brines in Argentina with the thesis that the lithium found in the “Lithium Triangle” - an area located on borders of Chile, Argentina and Bolivia that is estimated to host 51% of the world’s total lithium - extends south-wards in Argentina along an emerging trend that terminates in Argentina’s San Juan Province.
This approach has allowed for the discovery of Maricungas and Tres Quebradas far to the south of the Lithium triangle. Tres Quebradas was sold in 2020 for $782 million CAD, and is about to enter commercial production.

Origen previously recognized that the geology of the mining-friendly northern San Juan Province was similar to that of within the lithium belts in the north of the country. Guided by this exploration model Origen was able to acquire a district-sized contiguous land package around a mostly-buried salar. Preliminary exploration in 2021 was met with immediate success: surprisingly high grades of lithium in brines at surface in the main salar area of Los Sapitos, with one sample returning 391 mc/l. This discovery was a vindication of the exploration model.
Origen believes that the style of mineralization transitions from the mature salars of the lithium triangle with an obvious visible surface expression to a mostly-buried, sediment-rich aquifer similar to those found in the Clayton Valley, Thacker Pass and elsewhere.
Origen has since expanded its land holdings with a total of 331 km2 staked over several prospective basins in northern San Juan Province.
