FeedbackClean TeQ secures another wastewater treatment system contract
With more corporate attention being paid to environmental sustainability, wastewater treatment company Clean TeQ Water (ASX: CNQ) continues to emerge at the forefront of water tech having secured their fifth contract for the year to highlight interest in their tech solutions.This latest contract has been awarded to Clean TeQ by agriculture company Loris H Hassall for a wastewater treatment system at their agricultural by-product processing facility in New South Wales.
Under terms of the agreement, Clean TeQ will design, procure, and deliver an EVAPX™ system to treat wastewater and recover clean water at the the facility.
The patented EVAPX system is a process where water is evaporated from dirty wastewater, allowing the water to be recovered and re-used in a beneficial way. By employing it, users are able to recover water with much less energy than alternative solutions, thereby reducing their carbon footprint.
The contract is valid around $1.6 million to Clean Teq which will commence on the work immediately with the aim of having it fully operational by June 2022. It is the fifth one signed by Clean TeQ in 2021 and follows on from a $3m contract secured last month for a Water Recovery Plant in the Middle East.
Other industrial sectors where Clean TeQ have deployed the EVAPXsystem include mining, metal processing, and chemicals.
The rise of Clean TeQ as specialists in wastewater treatment led to the Company being de-merged from Sunrise Energy Metals (ASX: SRL) in July 2021 to focus on rapidly growing sales of its innovative proprietary ion exchange water purification systems.
According to Clean TeQ’s demerger documents, the business generated $1.24m of revenue for the 6 months ended 31 December 2021, a 233% increase on the previous corresponding Half Year’s $0.37m.

Pursuant to section 4.6 of the Demerger Booklet dated 17 May 2021, Clean TeQ Water officers and employees who held SRL performance rights had their performance rights cancelled and CNQ Rights are now being issued to them following the implementation of the Demerger.
The number of unvested SRL performance rights which Clean TeQ Water officers and employees had have now been adjusted based on the post Demerger market capitalisations of SRL and Clean TeQ Water to gross up the number of CNQ Rights held by each officer and employee. An Appendix 3G will be released shortly for the 2,066,615 CNQ Rights issued to those officers and employees.

Clean TeQ Water Awarded Contract for HIROX Water Recovery Plant in Middle East
13 August 2021 - MELBOURNE, Australia – Clean TeQ Water Limited (‘Clean TeQ Water’ or ‘Company’) (ASX: CNQ & OTCQX: CNQQF) is pleased to announce the award of a significant contract to design, procure, deliver, and install a HIROX (High Recovery Reverse Osmosis) plant to treat bore water used for enhanced oil recovery in the Middle East. The contract counterparty is the National Energy Services Reunited Corp (‘NESR’), Clean TeQ Water’s strategic partner for the oil and gas sector in the Middle East. NESR is one of the largest oilfield services providers in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and Asia Pacific regions and is listed on NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NESR).
NESR has established a Water Conservation and Management business focused on improving water availability and reuse in the oil and gas sector. Clean TeQ Water’s suite of water technologies are targeted for such applications and provide NESR with competitive advantage in this market sector.
Clean TeQ Water’s HIROX solution allows for ultra-high recovery of water with minimum waste. The objective of this treatment is to reduce sulphate in bore water to prevent scaling when the water is used for reinjection. The HIROX solution will achieve >90% water recovery compared to around 30% recovery by traditional solutions. The result is a more efficient use of scarce bore water resources, with a 60% reduction of water withdrawn from the bore and an 80% reduction of liquid waste. Moreover, HIROX will reuse the recovered salt, instead of adding imported salt, to achieve the targeted water density. This results in substantial operational cost savings for the end-user and further reduces the environmental footprint.

NESR will be the owner and operator of this first installation. The end-user of the treated water will be one of the big four oil companies. The contract value is approximately AUD$3M and the HIROX plant will produce approximately 1,200 tonnes per day of treated water.
This project is the first application of HIROX technology in the Middle East. Once completed, NESR and Clean TeQ Water will promote the use of this technology across the oil and gas sector in the MENA and Asia Pacific regions where the parties see substantial demand for water conservation and reuse.

Clean TeQ Water Signs Agreement for Technology Services with Sunrise Energy Metals
MELBOURNE, Australia – Clean TeQ Water Limited (‘Clean TeQ Water’ or ‘Company’) (ASX: CNQ & OTCQX: CNQQF) is pleased to announce that it has agreed with Sunrise Energy Metals Limited (ASX:SRL) on the continued provision of certain technical research and development services at the Sunrise Battery Materials Project in New South Wales (the ‘Technical Services’).The Technical Services are to be provided under the Services Agreement described in the demerger booklet associated with Clean TeQ Water’s demerger from Sunrise Energy Metals (ref ASX release 17 May 2021).
The agreed scope of works will focus on two areas: characterisation of precursor cathode active material and optimisation of black mass processing. Part of this work scope will be undertaken through the Future Battery Industries Co-operative Research Centres Program (FBICRC), where Sunrise Energy Metals is an associate member of the independently managed government-industry partnership to build an Australian battery industry.
With European legislation soon to mandate a minimum percentage of recycled material in lithium ion batteries, recycling processes (in particular, black mass recycling) will become an increasingly critical component of future integrated supply chains.
Clean TeQ Water has substantial expertise in metal recovery and recycling and the use of ionic resins to improve the efficiency of such processes. This support is part of a larger objective of Clean TeQ Water to use its expertise not only for pollutants and impurity removal but also for resource recovery, especially when related to metals related to the clean energy value chain.
The scope of works covers a period of two years with a value of approximately AUD $2M which will be billed as incurred. Sunrise Energy Metals may terminate the agreement at any time with notice and shall own all intellectual property developed under the scope of works.
Clean TeQ Water looks forward to delivering these Technical Services and assisting Sunrise Energy Metals in its drive to sustainably provide battery materials for a decarbonising planet

Leider weiss auch ich nicht wie dies umgesetzt werden muss, vielleicht hat ein/e andere/r Forumteilnehmer/in eine Ahnung/Erfahrung, wie dies angegangen werden muss damit diese zwei Seiten zusammengeführt werden. (?)

Vielleicht hab ich ja auch beim Erstellen des Threats einen Fehler gemacht. Da ich noch nicht so oft einen Thread eröffnet habe, weiß ich es nicht.
Vom Prinzip hast Du Recht, aber
der Kurs auf der verlinkten Seite hat die Aussagekraft einer Herztätigkeit nach dem Tode (=flat-line)Vielleicht hab ich ja auch beim Erstellen des Threats einen Fehler gemacht. Da ich noch nicht so oft einen Thread eröffnet habe, weiß ich es nicht.

Jedoch hier bei WO sollte es doch auch möglich sein, dass der Kurs von Clean TeQ Water, der bereits da: https://www.wallstreet-online.de/aktien/clean-teq-water-akti… angezeigt wird, auch hier auf dieser Seite von WO, mit dem Forum, abgebildet wird - hierhin verschoben wird oder das Forum auf die WO-Seite mit dem Aktienkurs verschoben wird.
Wäre es nicht übersichtlicher (bequemer) den Kurs gleich (hier) darüber betrachten zu können, so wie dies bei viele anderen Aktien hier auf WO auch der Fall ist. Aber nicht so tragisch...man weiss sich ja zu helfen.
