Es scheint alles in die Richtige Richtung zu laufen und die letztjährigen Zukäufe scheinen sich auch zur rentieren.. Auch der Ethanolpreis steigt in die richtige Richtung.

Processing the high-sulfur crudes produced in the Gulf of Mexico hasn’t been this profitable since 2017, thanks largely to cheap shale gas.
While Europe and Asia grapple with surging prices for natural gas this winter, cheap U.S. supplies allow refiners to extract low-cost hydrogen needed to remove sulfur from the fuel made with sour crudes. That means those crude grades, which were out of favor just a few months ago, are back in demand again.
Meanwhile, the recovery from the pandemic has boosted demand for gasoline and diesel, sending benchmark prices for both fuels to their highest since 2014 in October. A government measure of weekly demand for petroleum products reached a record last week.
That’s helping U.S. Gulf Coast refineries to process sour crudes into fuel at the highest margins in four years, according to data from industry consultants OILA.

The new DGD plant at Valero’s Port Arthur refinery (DGD 3), which is expected to have a renewable diesel production capacity of 470 million gallons per year, is progressing well and is still expected to commence operations in the first half of 2023, increasing DGD’s total annual production capacity to approximately 1.2 billion gallons of renewable diesel and 50 million gallons of renewable naphtha.
The large-scale carbon sequestration project with BlackRock and Navigator is also progressing on schedule. Navigator has received the necessary board approvals to proceed with the carbon capture pipeline system as a result of a successful binding open season. Valero is expected to be the anchor shipper with eight of Valero’s ethanol plants connected to this system, producing a lower carbon intensity ethanol product to be marketed in low-carbon fuel markets that is expected to result in a higher product margin.

für mich ein grundsolides Basisinvestment im Öl-Sektor, dazu die feine Dividende (YOC bei 8,86%), und hervorzuheben, die Sonderstellung als wohl grösster Produzent von erneuerbarem Diesel/Bio-Sprit.
Wenn sogar selbst eine CDU wie jüngst im Wahlkampf die synthetischen Kraftstoffe als Heilsbringer für Klima und Automobilbranche anpreist, ...was kann denn dann hier mit Diamond Green Diesel noch schiefgehen... :-)

Ja lass die dort liegen.Da Valero im Bereich grüne Kraftstoffe investiert sollte sich das positiv auswirken, zumal die Energiepreise rapide steigen.

Mann sollte sich die Präsentation ansehen, dann erkennt mann schnell das die auch CO2 Tax-Credits schürfen.
Soweit ich richtig gelesen (mein Englsich ist mirserabel) haben die auch eigene Schiffe um nach GB zu transportiern (eingen Terminals und Pipline).
Viel Glück mit deinem Investment, ich bin auch investiert seit 2020 mit 30 Stück zu EK 43,50.
