Damit ist Zimtu Capital hier endgültig nicht mehr der "Hauptplayer". Auf der einen Seite kann man dies wohl als Geschenk an Crescat bezeichnen. Auf der anderen Seite stehen aktuell Investoren in der Junior-Explorer Branche auch nicht Schlange. Und Core Assets hat ein riesiges Gebiet mit bereits vielen erfolgreichen Bohrungen. Da hilft das jetzige Geld, um in den nächsten Wochen/Monaten noch mehr Bohrungen als geplant vorzunehmen.

The Offering will consist of up to 8,333,334 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 and up to 14,285,715 flow-through units (each, a "FT Unit") at a price of $0.14 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000.

Weitere Ergebnisse und Updates sollen noch in 2023 folgen. Das scheint echt groß zu sein, was sie da haben. Ist zwar nur Zukunftsmusik. Aber vielleicht steigt irgendwann ein großer Partner mit ein. Oder Core Assets wird direkt komplett geschluckt. Wenn die Branche nicht allgemein am Boden liegen würde, dann würde man hier ganz andere Kurse sehen.

Per 30.06.2023 hatte Core 3,2 Mio $ Cash. Das dürfte für einige Bohrungen ausreichen. In nächster Zeit muss man wohl nicht mit einem PP rechnen. Vielleicht kommen auch noch ein paar weitere Dollar hinzu, wenn Optionen/Warrents eingelöst werden.

Tja, mein Beitrag vom 18.07. passt leider weiterhin. Es dürften aber demnächst wohl mal wieder Nachrichten, in Form von Bohrergebnissen geben. Und da man dieses Jahr vermutlich gezielter sucht als im letzten Jahr, dürften die Bohrergebnisse auch eher gut bis sehr gut ausfallen. Und das (meiner Meinung nach) wirklich riesige Potential wird dann irgendwann auch gewürdigt. In 2022 hatte man mit den Bohrungen ja eher nur versucht herauszufinden, wie groß das CRD sein könnte und wo es sich lohnen könnte, weitere Bohrungen vorzunehmen. Und diese Vorbereitung aus dem letzten Jahr, dürfte sich in diesem Jahr bemerkbar machen und auszahlen.

Weitere richtig gute Nachrichten. Aber der Markt für Junior-Explorer liegt leider weiterhin komplett am Boden. Aktuell interessiert sich kaum ein Investor für Junior-Explorer, weshalb alle Nachrichten ignoriert werden. Aber irgendwann wird sich das wieder ändern. Und dann dürfte Core Assets einer der Gewinner sein. Zumindest bis zum Buy out, der vielleicht in 2024 oder 2025 kommt, wenn ein Großer sich dieses Firma schnappt.
