So when the lawsuit came 2022, and the plaintiff say they have +6 years of evidence against MM and their spoofing, it is rational to believe, THAT was Cofer Blacks job.

On April 2 a compulsory strike-off was sent and supposedly Novamune had two months to respond. On April 25, the government issued a formal notice already on discontinuing the strike-off notice.
Mark Lowdell is a consultant to Inmune Bio. Turns out he is ALSO on the SAB board of NWBO.

German Col hatte das Geld für IBRX gebraucht! IBRX - sehr interessant - hat eine Cancer-Lösung für Blasenkrebs und viele weitere Krebsarten (später - demnächst lol)
Gestern um 50% gestiegen. Supertiming für GC. Er wird evtl. die gewinne wieder einvestieren in nwbo - hat selbst noch eine position in northwest! (da IBRX ähnlich gute pipeline hat, ist dies aber meiner meinung nach nicht nötig - wobei ich nwbo "noch e bisserl "POTENTIALER" lol einstufe)
ICH bin selbst seit ca. 2 monaten mit neuem Geld (kleinerem Betrag) in IBRX (auch erstmal ins minus gegangen) und hätte NIE den mut gehabt mein NWBO zum großen teil aufzulösen. DAS IST EBEN DAS DILEMMA - wenn ich/wir hellseher wären, hätten wir ganz anders gehandelt, (raus vor dem großem preisverfall - jetzt langsam wieder rein . . . . )

Es sind jetzt etwa 4 Monate her, seit das Unternehmen die Einreichung des Zulassungsantrags bei der MHRA vermeldet hat. Sollte der Antrag kurz danach im Rahmen des 150-Tage-Programms angenommen worden sein, wäre damit jetzt gut die Hälfte der Zeitspanne bis zur Entscheidung über den Antrag um, wenn man zu den 150 Tagen der reinen Bearbeitungszeit noch die 60 Tage zählt, die für die Beantwortung von Rückfragen der Zulassungsbehörde durch das Unternehmen üblich sind.
Leider hat man sich bei NWBO entschieden, keinerlei Informationen zum Verlauf dieses Prozesses zu veröffentlichen. Wir wissen also nicht einmal mit Sicherheit, ob der Antrag überhaupt angenommen wurde oder ob die Zulassungsbehörde schon ihre Fragen übersandt hat, diese beantwortet wurden oder das Unternehmen eine Verlängerung der Antwortfrist auf 120 Tage beantragt hat etc.
Die Kursentwicklung spiegelt diese Unsicherheit leider wieder. Normalerweise sollte man davon ausgehen, dass der Kurs so kurz vor der Entscheidung über eine Zulassung eher ansteigen würde, aber leidgeprüfte NWBO-Aktionäre wissen mittlerweile, dass hier nichts "normal" verläuft
Selbst der iHub-Board-Teilnehmer GermanCol, der zahlreiche fundierte Beiträge zu den Resultaten der Studie geschrieben hatte und dem nun wirklich niemand vorwerfen kann, ein "Basher" zu sein, ist mittlerweile von der desaströsen Unternehmensführung frustriert.
