Successful initial product qualification supports marketability of Siviour
Purified Spherical Graphite for lithium-ion battery market

Highlights
• In September 2020, Renascor signed a non-binding Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with anode company Shanxi Minguang New Material
Technology Co. Ltd. (Minguang New Material) for the purchase of up to
10,000tpa of Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) over a ten year term1.
• Under the terms of the MOU, Minguang New Material and Renascor agreed to
work together to undertake product validation tests prior to concluding a formal
binding agreement.
• Renascor is pleased to report that it has now achieved first stage product
qualification of Siviour PSG with Minguang New Material, with the results
enabling the two parties to enter into negotiations regarding binding PSG
offtake..........

Ich bin sehr gespannt auf die nächsten Wochen/Monate. Graphit wird auf jeden Fall für die E-mobilität benötigt. Die Qualität ist auch gut. Für mich nur eine Frage der Zeit. Vor allem da der Abbau günstig ist und in einem sicheren Land.

Silicon-Enhanced Anodes Using Siviour Graphite

...da kommt was ins rollen- wohl auch dem umstand geschuldet, daß die coop mit
battery- tech.- comp. SICONA vielverspr. fortschritte gemacht hat, BASIEREND auf
quality- graphite aus der bedeutenden SIVIOUR- liegenschaft von RNU !!!!

wie jüngster PR zu entnehmen ist, will man jetzt weitergehende studien in einem
komm. ´versuchs- modus´ im eigens errichteten werk in NSW starten......wie nachfolg.

Next steps

As a result of these positive preliminary results, Renascor and Sicona will proceed to more
extensive coin cell tests designed to further validate the viability of using Siviour PSG in
Sicona’s silicon-enhanced anodes with Siviour PSG, to be followed by a commercial trial at

...wohl wahr, daß ne MK von maud 16,5 wirklich NICHT als teuer anzusehen ist !!!

grad dieser int. mix aus graphit, gold & copper sollte auf mittlere sicht invest.überzeugen
können akt. situation zum auf- und ausbau einer position zu nutzen..........IMO

Ich habe mich heute etwas bei hotcopper eingelesen. Hat sich erstmal gut angehört, auch das Graphit Projekt. Was ich bis jetzt nicht verstehe, warum die Marktkapitalisierung so gering ist

significant cultural heritage interest identified in the targeted exploration area.

Protection and Rehabilitation (PEPR), with the South Australian Department of
Mining and Energy.
• The works planned will include new gold exploration soil sampling, an Induced
Polarisation (IP) survey and drilling of approximately 2,000m which will target..........

Highlights

• Renascor enters into binding agreement with Rio Tinto Exploration regarding EL 5586,
part of Renascor’s Marree Project in South Australia’s Adelaide Fold Belt.

• Rio Tinto Exploration may earn up to an 80% interest in EL 5586 through payments of
$200,000 to Renascor and sole funding exploration expenditure of $3 million.

• Renascor will retain a 100% interest in the remaining Marree Project exploration
licences, EL 6170 and EL 6403.
• The agreement offers Renascor the opportunity to benefit from Rio Tinto Exploration’s
resources and exploration expertise, while concurrently allowing Renascor to focus on
