The joint representative of the bondholders of the Ekosem-Agrar bond 2012/2027 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) and the Ekosem-Agrar bond 2019/2029 (ISIN: DE000A2YNR08), e.Anleihe GmbH, advises bondholders to exercise their voting rights.

As expected, the first bondholders' meetings on May 2, 2024, did not have a quorum, as bondholders were represented with less than 50% of the outstanding bonds.

The issuer has now invited bondholders to second bondholders' meetings on June 3 resp. 4, at which a reduced quorum of 25% of the outstanding bond volume is required.
