EV Biologics Hires Senior Chief Financial Officer

TAMPA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / August 2, 2023 / EV Biologics Corp (OTC PINK:YECO) today announced that it has hired Monte Fisher as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Fisher brings a wealth of experience as a long-time senior employee of Shell Oil, based in Houston, Texas where he held key leadership roles within Shell Finance. He is a corporate governance and compliance expert with a deep understanding of finance processes and risk controls.

Mr. Fisher will oversee our finance team of accountants and CPA's. Mr. Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
