gelesen hatte ich auch, weiß aber nicht genau, worauf sich das bezieht, könnte sich auch auf den Mittelwert (?) von beiden beziehen.

Unfug aha?
Ich habe keine Ahnung wie "der dänische Staat" darüber denkt. Kleinvisionaer hat da wohl mehr wissen...
Hätte aber auch nicht gedacht das zum Beispiel der Hamburger Hafen (HHLA AG) von der Stadt Hamburg so leichtfertig zum Großteil an MSC verkauft werden soll.

Bei einer Fusion untergleichen bleibt der dänische Staat ja weiterhin Aktionär.

Mich hat das Interesse von RWE Ende letzten Jahres auch überrascht. Und den letzten Artikel den ich dazu im Kopf habe aus dem MM war auch in die Richtung, dass das Interesse trotz der Absage der dänischen Regierung weiter besteht.

Eine Fusion unter gleichen könnte ich mir maximal zwischen Ørsted und RWE vorstellen.
Das würde bedeuten das für die Aktionäre hier nix nennenswertes passiert.

Ein Übernahmeangebot von RWE an die Aktionäre von Ørsted (mit schöner Prämie wie wir uns das alle wünschen) - soll wie finanziert werden? Dafür ist RWE nicht groß genug bzw. Ørsted nicht so klein.

Dazu kommt dass man im Januar erst veröffentlich hat, dass man bei positiven Verhandlungen die Anteile am Projekt von Eversource übernimmt.

Und wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, dann hatte RWE wohl auch Interesse an der Ausschreibung und ist auf einer Waitlist gelandet. Könnte also das Interesse von RWE an Ørsted noch einmal erhöhen.

ich wollte das auch gerade posten.

im übrigen war es das Projekt, bei dem die Behörden bei der Preisanpassung wenig entgegenkommend waren...

Die Konditionen stehen noch nicht fest, aber billiger ist es durch den re-bid vermutlich nicht geworden...

Danish wind giant Orsted has several projects in the works off the US East Coast including the 924-megawatt Sunrise project east of Long Island, enough to provide power to around 600,000 customers. Orsted Chief Executive Officer Mads Nipper has said that the company is prepared to walk away from its US projects if it doesn’t receive more government aid. Orsted’s request to New York state was for a 27% bump. The company didn’t immediately comment on the decision.

Commission staff members concluded that the higher prices sought by the developers would increase electricity rates for commercial and industrial customers by as much as 10.5% and consumer rates by as much as 6.7%.
“The level of relief requested here is jaw-dropping,” Diane Burman, a commissioner, said during the meeting.
