(NYSE American: BTTR) (“Better Choice” or the “Company”), a pet health and wellness company, Chairman, Michael Young, today provides shareholders with a update on its SRx Health Solutions, Inc. (“SRx Health”) acquisition and comments on SRx Health’s recent debt-to-equity transaction.
