Gestern sind alleine 20 Mio Aktien an der NASDAQ gehandelt worden. Das entspricht ca. 17% aller Aktien. Die Kurse lagen in einer engen Spanne
von 22,09 bis 22,22 Dollar. Wenn man die Dividende vom Freitag abzieht, liegt der Kurs sogar leicht unter dem Angebot. Der Markt glaubt
offensichtlich nicht mehr an ein höheres Angebot oder ein Scheitern bei den 75%.

Man kann nur noch solange die Dividenden kassieren und wird dann ausbezahlt.

Enteignung gibt es auch bei an der Nasdaq gelisteten Unternehmen nicht.

Die Hauptnotierung ist an der NASDAQ. Ich vermute mal, dass hier amerikanisches Recht maßgeblich ist und da gibt es m.W. beim Squeeze-Out
deutliche Unterschiede zu Deuschland.
