Ich denke auch, dass das wichtigste die Tatsache ist, dass es ein erstes Angebot gab. Dies dürfte der Startschuss sein.

Sieht so aus als ob Cunningham quasi einen Gold-backed-Token, also einen Gold basierten Token auflegen wird.
Quasi Gold-Standard, wie der US-Dollar früher (bis 1971) als er noch fest (zu damals noch 35 USD/oz) gehandelt wurde.
Nicht nur, dass sich ein Trend weiter im Markt zu manifestieren scheint, mit den starken Goldkäufen der Zentralbanken insbesondere aus dem nicht Dollar-Raum (BRICs, De-Dollarisation), sondern jetzt auch mehr und mehr private Anbieter entsprechende Gold-basierte Produkte kreieren und auf den Krypto/Token-Markt bringen.
In sofern treten solche Anbieter auch im Übernahmegeschäft (M&A) in direkte Konkurrenz zu den bisherigen Majors (Gold-Konzernen).
Ob, die so seelenruhig das Mega-Depot Treaty Creek an sich vorübergehen bzw. wegschnappen lassen...???
Da werden sicherlich heute und in den nächsten Tagen bei Barrick, Agnico, Newmont bzw. auch den Kupferleuten Teck, RioTinto, BHP & Co. etc. auf den Chefetagen mal die Köpfe rauchen und intensive Gespräche geführt werden.
Das ist ne Übernahme-Ansage, die den Gold/Metallsektor aufhorchen lassen wird.
Ich sehe das wie GuruNNN, das ist mal ein erstes Angebot in einem Markt, der ziemlich unbeachtet dar nieder lag.
Aber immer noch ein Schnäppchen, erst Recht bei den aktuellen Goldpreisen.

ja, das ist schon ein riesiger Aufschlage, aber immer noch günstig für das Projekt.
Zur Erinnerung: der Tudor Kurs war schon mal bei 4 CAD.
Glaube auch, dass der Kurs in den nächsten Wochen deutlich steigen wird. Deshalb habe ich heute morgen in Deutschland nochmals aufegstockt und werde dies heute Nachmittag über meinen kanadischen broker auch in Kanada nochmals tun.
Zur Erinnerung: der Tudor Kurs war schon mal bei 4 CAD.

Sehr interessant das Ganze
Cunningham zahlt also insgesamt 200 Mio. CAD für 20%, das heißt, Treaty Creek wird mit 1 Mrd. CAD bewertet.Tudor ist mit 60% nun 600 Mio. CAD wert.
Bei Fully Diluted 270 Mio. Aktien ist der "faire" Preis bei 2,22 CAD.
Aktuell steht der Kurs bei 0,80 CAD.
Viele Investoren bei AMK werden Kasse machen und zu Tudor wechseln, um weiter von der Treaty Creek Story zu profitieren.
Durch die Arbitrage-Geschäfte wird der Tudor Kurs steigen (müssen).
Und Cunningham kauft die 20% von Treaty Creek zu ca. 30 CAD pro Unze im Boden (in der Vergangenheit wurden bei Übernahmen 70 bis 200 CAD bezahlt).
Damit hat auch Cunningham bei einer möglichen Übernahme eines Majors noch viel Potenzial mit der Investition viel Geld zu verdienen.

Wer hier noch bei diesen Meldungen verkauft, hat m. E. genau Null Ahnung von dem Miner- und Explorergeschäft. Diese Leute sind nach meiner Meinung auch viel besser bei Gamestop & Co. aufgehoben. Insofern bin ich nicht unglücklich, dass die Zocker verkaufen, die das ganz toll machen und super intelligent sind 😂👌.

Wer hier noch bei diesen Meldungen verkauft, hat m. E. genau Null Ahnung von dem Miner- und Explorergeschäft. Diese Leute sind nach meiner Meinung auch viel besser bei Gamestop & Co. aufgehoben. Insofern bin ich nicht unglücklich, dass die Zocker verkaufen, die das ganz toll machen und super intelligent sind 😂👌.

Cardston, June 6, 2024 - American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) ("American Creek" or the "Company"), announces that it has entered into a non-binding and arm's length letter of intent dated June 5, 2024 (the "LOI") with Cunningham Mining Ltd. ("Cunningham"), a private British Columbia corporation, to engage in due diligence and negotiations regarding the terms of a proposed transaction (the "Proposed Transaction") whereby Cunningham, or a subsidiary of Cunningham, would acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of the Company. Through this proposed transaction, Cunningham would acquire control of the Company's 20% fully carried interest in the Treaty Creek Property which has an Indicated Mineral Resource of 27.87 million ounces (Moz) of AuEQ grading 1.19 g/t AuEQ and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 6.03 Moz of AuEQ grading 1.25 g/t AuEQ (see complete description below). If the parties agree to proceed with the Proposed Transaction, the Company expects the Proposed Transaction will be carried out by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the "BCBCA").
The Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), after an extensive period of negotiation and consideration of various alternatives, has approved entry into the LOI, pursuant to which Cunningham proposes to acquire all the issued and outstanding securities of the Company, including all common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), at a price of $0.43 Cdn per Common Share, payable in cash (the "Consideration").
