Dividende da.
Die italienische Quellensteuer ist schon heftig!
Bezogen auf den Kurs von 14,60€ sind dies aber immer noch knapp 4% netto 💪🏻

Zwei Monate später steht die Aktie immer noch auf der Watchlist und kurstechnisch wieder auf dem Stand von Ende März.

So ist Börse, ich bin heute mit einer 1. Position zu 14,46 rein.
Mal schauen.

Bin ebenfalls raus, zumal 26% Kapitalertragssteuer auf die Dividende anfallen, aber nur 15% angerechnet werden, macht eine Divdidenbesteuerung von 11%. Das ist ärgerlich, ganz besonders für diejenigen, diejenigen die noch Freibeträge bzw. Verlustvorträge haben.

Da sind britische Aktien bei denen erst mal nichts abgezogen wird bzw. Aktien, bei denen bei bestehenden Dppelbesteurungsabkommen nur 15% Quellensteuer abgezogen werden eindeutig die bessere Wahl.

Indonesia signs biofuels and CCS MOU with ENI

Fossil fuel-dominant Indonesia has signalled its intentions to tackle its emissions by signing a wide-ranging MOU with ENI.

The agreement was signed by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arifin Tasrif together with the Indonesian and ENI directors.

The MOU covers the development of bio-feedstock to produce biofuels, nature-based and technology-based carbon offsets as well as other initiatives related to the energy transition and decarbonization, including but not limited to the Carbon Capture Storage (CCS), Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCS/CCUS) and energy efficiency.

The collaboration signals Indonesia’s attempts to ramp up decarbonisation as it strives to hit Net Zero emissions by 2060 ‘or before’.

ENI holds participating interest in 13 Production Sharing Contracts in Indonesia (nine in deep waters) with actual gas production amounting to 705.6 mmscfd in 2023. Its annual hydrocarbons production totals 23mm boe and it supplies 1.36 bcm of LNG.

Indonesia's energy ministry, Italy's Eni sign MoU to accelerate decarbonisation

JAKARTA, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry said on Friday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Italian energy company Eni to accelerate decarbonisation programmes in the Southeast Asian country.

The deal covers development of bio-feedstock for fuels, energy transition initiatives and possible carbon capture projects, the ministry said in a statement.

"With this MoU, we hope that Eni can help with decarbonisation programmes in Indonesia and strengthen the cooperation between Eni and Indonesia," Energy Minister Arifin Tasrif said during the signing ceremony.

Eni is one of the largest foreign oil companies operating in Indonesia with participating interest in 13 oil and gas contracts.

With the recent discovery of the North Ganal gas block and acquisition of Indonesia Deepwater Development project, Eni said it could more than double its gas production in Indonesia.
