Es gibt immer 1000 Gründe für einen Aktienverkauf aber nur einen für einen Kauf.

Wenn ich mir die Quartalszahlen anschaue und das Geschäftsmodell überprüfe, dann passt für mich persönlich diese Story. Anlagehorizont mindestens 5 Jahre. In turbulenten Zeiten kühlen Kopf behalten, generell die vielen Dummschwätzer ausblenden (hilfreich ist es, wenn man selbst eine GuV lesen kann) und auf das eigenen Wissen vertrauen. Das hilft enorm.

Umso erstaunlicher, dass der Wert in den vergangenen Wochen/Monaten so massiv abgestraft und abverkauft worden ist. Die Kennzahlen und Aussichten waren nämlich auch vorher schon gut und nicht erst heute. Ich dachte schon, dass ich irgendwas Gravierendes übersehen hätte.

Activity was picking up in all parts of Vow ASA (OSE: VOW) in the second half and fourth quarter of 2021, and order backlog reached another record high at the end of year. This provides good visibility for revenues in 2022, which is estimated to nearly double from NOK 454 million in 2021.EBITDA for the full year 2021 was NOK 43.5 million before non-recurring items. Profit before tax was NOK 325 million, reflecting the values created in the successful demerger of Vow Green Metals.Revenues for the second half of 2021 was NOK 253 million, up 19 percent year-on-year, while revenues in the fourth quarter of 2021 was nearly 60 percent higher than in the previous quarter.EBITDA margin before non-recurring costs was around 10 percent in both the last six months and the last three months in 2021, and all business segments were reporting positive EBITDA, with Cruise projects continuing to be the main contributor.At the end of 2021, total order backlog was NOK 2.1 billion including NOK 0.8 billion in options, an increase of 36 percent during the year.OutlookThe record high order backlog provides good visibility for 2022, and revenues are estimated to nearly double. Moin Mortadello 👋 Ja, Vow Green Metals habe ich auch. Aber genau wie bei dir, nur die paar Stücke vom Spin-Off. Ein bisschen ärgere ich mich, dass ich sie nicht direkt zum Anfang verkauft habe, als es zwischenzeitlich bis auf fast 0,8 € hochging. Beim jetzigen Stand bin ich eher am Überlegen, die Position zu vergrößern. Aber so, wie der Markt gerade läuft, fehlt mir das Kapital. Fast mein gesamtes Depot ist rot. Mit Verlust will ich momentan nix verkaufen und so habe ich kein Geld übrig, um das in Aktien zu stecken 🤷

Wenn die Kreuzfahrtbranche Post-Corona wieder losgeht und die Häfen in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit höhere Auflagen schaffen, wird aus Vow Asa IMHO ein No-Brainer. Das braucht aber noch ein bißchen.

Moin zusammen,

bei Stocktwits ist die Zahl der Follower um 300% gestiegen .... es sind jetzt 25 (kleiner Scherz am Rande).

Keine Ahnung, warum wir weiter in so einem Sinkflug sind. Die Meldungen sind vielversprechende. Meine Aussage vom Juni '21 gilt noch, Post-Corona lechzen alle wieder nach Urlaub und nach Kreuzfahrten.

Bin mittlerweile unter meinen EK gerutscht, halte hier durch.

Ich bin auch noch dabei mit einer kleinen Position. Aber dass wir mal fast bei 5 € standen und jetzt unter 2 € rumdümpeln, tut schon weh. Ich hoffe auch, dass das Themenfeld Umweltschutz & Nachhaltigkeit demnächst wieder stärker in den Fokus rückt.

Vow ASA (Vow) is joining forces with a global non-ferrous metal producer and Norways Vow Green Metals AS in a move which could eventually lead to the construction of large biocarbon production facilities, where technology will be supplied by Vow ASA, and owned and operated by Vow Green Metals.As a first step outlined in a letter of intent (LoI), the non-ferrous metals producer, Vow Green Metals, and Vow have agreed to undertake a joint feasibility study to evaluate the potential of developing an advanced and commercially competitive biocarbon product for the undisclosed client.We are thrilled with this opportunity to support a world leading non-ferrous metals producer with our technology in its efforts to decarbonise its business, and to work with Vow Green Metals to realise what could become this companys second biocarbon plant and several more. The undisclosed client has projected a demand to replace 50.000 tonnes of fossil carbon with biocarbon by 2025, a volume representing 5 times the capacity of Vow Green Metals first plant at Follum, currently under construction. This LOI demonstrates the attractiveness of the combined value proposition that Vow Green Meals and Vow ASA brings to the metallurgical industry, said Henrik Badin, CEO of Vow ASA.As part of the study, the parties will map feedstock supply chains and establish a business model for off-take of CO2 neutral gas which is also a product of the biocarbon production process. The biocarbon product will be made from sustainable feedstock such as forestry wood mass, biomass waste streams and other wood materials. Each party will carry their own cost in this initial stage.Provided that the biocarbon product meets specifications, the LoI consists of a plan to build a plant with capacity to produce 50.000 tons per year of biocarbon, to be operational by 2025. There is further a possibility to substantially increase production capacity for this undisclosed client in following years.Vow is currently in the process of producing and assembling equipment for Vow Green Metals first biocarbon plant at Follum in Eastern Norway based on Vows advanced pyrolysis technology. This plant will have an initial capacity to produce 10.000 tonnes of biocarbon per year.
