Quartal 2023 : B2GOLD Die gesamte Goldproduktion im dritten Quartal 2023 betrug 242.838 Unzen, einschließlich 17.786 Unzen zurechenbarer Produktion von Calibre Mining Corp. („Calibre“).

Hallo Torboschek,
wenn ich die Veröffentlichungen von B2Gold richtig deute, dann macht B2Gold eine anteilige Zurechnung bezogen auf die Calibre-Ergebnisse und nennt das "including estimated attributable results for Calibre" und "including xxxxx attributable ounces from Calibre".
Hier der Vermerk aus der Dezember-Präsentation von B2Gold: "Includes B2Gold’s approx. 24% attributable share of Calibre’s production"
Ich sehe hier keinen Zahlungsstrom oder eine Goldlieferung von Calibre in Richtung B2Gold, ich lasse mich gerne berichtigen.

Den nächsten Schritt nach der möglichen Marathon Eingliederung - 500 k Unzen Produktion mit der dann relevanten Marktkapitalisierung - macht die Angelegenheit vollkommen absurd.

Für 2024 hatte ich noch gar keine Produktion von Marathon angenommen und lediglich die Produktion der heutigen Liegenschaften einerseits und die heutige Marktkapitalisierung angenommen.Den nächsten Schritt nach der möglichen Marathon Eingliederung - 500 k Unzen Produktion mit der dann relevanten Marktkapitalisierung - macht die Angelegenheit vollkommen absurd.

Da wir alle zusammen Details natürlich nicht voraussagen können, mal eine ganz bewußt ÄUßERST überschlägige Rechnung für 2024:AISC geplant von 1250 Dollar. Gesamtkosten pro Unze + 10%, also 1400 Dollar.
Durchschnittlicher Verkaufspreis Gold 1900 Dollar.
Produktion 300.000 Unzen.
Folglich: 300.000 x 500 $ = 150 Millionen Gewinn. Heutige Marktkapitalisierung 400 Mio. Dollar. Also Kurs/Gewinn - Verhältnis von?
Lächerlich - und da reden wir noch lange nicht von dem Cash Bestand oder der Marathon Perspektive. Wo steht den eine Apple hinsichtlich KGV bei seit 4 Quartalen fallenden Umsätzen? Von den Teslas und NVDIA s gar nicht zu reden.....

Ja bin wieder etwas im Minus, aber die 0,10 € / Aktie sitze ich jetzt aus,
die Übernahme macht trotzdem sehr viel Sinn, der 500000 Unzen Hebel bei min. 2300 - 2500- 2700 US$ in 2 Jahren
bringt hohe Gewinne für Calibre, und zusätzlich noch die geopolitische Lage, weil ein amerikanischen Kontinent
deutlich mehr Sicherheit für uns Aktionäre bringt.
